This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. By accessing or otherwise using the Metals.Dev, you may be asked to enter your Name, Email address, Photo and payment details or any other details to help you with the services provided. Some of the information requested are optional.

We collect information from you when you create a User Profile after signing up for the service.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register or make a purchase in the following ways:

• To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
• To quickly process your transactions.

The security of the personal information processed is important to us. All information are stored in secure servers located at Council Bluffs, Iowa, United States through cloud services provided by Google Cloud. To be in-line with Fair Information Practices, should there be a data breach occur, we will notify you via email within 7 business days.

We retain the Personal Information for one year or until you ask us to delete it. The data will be deleted within 14 working days from the date of deletion request is made. We may have to retain some parts of the Personal Information to comply with other legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Droid Infinity would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every merchant is entitled to the following:

 • The right to access: You have the right to request for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

 • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

 • The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions mentioned in the 'Data Retention' section of the policy.

 • The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions mentioned in the 'Data Retention' section of the policy.

 • The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions mentioned in the 'Data Retention' section of the policy.

If you are in the EU, you can lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority under the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”).

We use Google Analytics in our application to gain insights about User's behavior. No User related information is tracked with Google Analytics.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
